Diane Hennigan
Owner/Instructor
Diane is the owner of Tree House Pilates established in 2009. She began her fitness career in 1994 as a group fitness instructor in The Woodlands and has over 25 years of experience as a fitness professional. Since then she has dedicated herself, working as a certified personal trainer, Pilates and MELT METHOD® instructor. Years of experience and knowledge of a variety of fitness routines help to maintain a healthy and fit body, able to combat the challenges of aging.
Diane has received a total hip replacement, experienced a severe ankle injury and is sensitive to post-surgical recovery. The emphasis on programming ensures an effective workout without sacrificing the risk of injury. Pilates and Melt are excellent choices for individuals of all ages and fitness levels who have a variety of fitness goals.
Diane has over 200 hours of Pilates training and study which includes:
- Hands on teaching skills
- Program design
- Precautions and contraindications for special conditions
